Mythic cube

Since I was young I've always been intrigued by the egyptian hieroglyphics. My parents and I regularly read the bible and from time to time we did research on ancient scriptures to get a better understanding behind bible stories. What I find cool about these egyptian ancient scriptures is the balance, the iconography and the magic around it. I've mixed it all up with a cube and added layers to express depth.

I tried to carve my way around just like the ancient artists did - but I did it with a 2h pencil. After I finished carving I started to brush over it with the darker 2b pencil.
That's when the hyroglifics started to reveal - ha!
