Over the years, I’ve led the redesign of NIVEA’s newsletters for the European market. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Automation team, we conducted extensive A/B testing to optimize the setup for each country.
One interesting insight we discovered was that the French audience showed a stronger interest in the scientific aspects of the products. As a result, we tailored the content and structure of the newsletters to better resonate with each specific market.
My team included copywriters, project managers, content strategists, and marketing automation consultants—working together to deliver data-driven, locally relevant campaigns.

Figma Components
By setting up components and A/B variants in Figma we were able to quickly create previews and mockups for both us as and the client. Next to the regular design mockups, I also find it important to check how the newsletters looks like in an actual inbox environment, so we've also set up 'Live preview mockups' to see if the copy and design still stand out.
